Are the legal documents and physical transaction organizers (binders) from the Profit Model Kits included with the $39.95 monthly subscription fee? |

No. The legal documents and the Profit Model Kits (Transaction Organizers, DVD's and CD's) are sold separately. The original Opportunity Creator system (1.0) sold for $2,997.00 with a monthly fee of $159.00. However, some people did not want to buy all of the profit models at once, but wanted to add them to their library as needed. Today, users of the 2.0 version get everything from the 1.0 release, for only $1,297 and a monthly fee of just $39.95. Alternatively, individual Profit Model Kits (organizer + legal docs.) for only $197 per kit.
