My analytical skills would become extremely useful when combined with my partner, Jesse Tacoronte's talents (lower right).

Jesse is an "idea man." He took a small construction company and turned it into one of the largest "at home" service contractors from Home Depot... the company grew to over 700 employees in 6 states in less than three years.

Working around the schedule of hurricanes from the Atlantic wore Jesse down.  And he, too, was ready for a change in pace.

We lived nearby. Our kids played together. And we were both interested in real estate investing.  So a partnership seemed like an easy decision and we got started...
